BOXD FOR PETS is based in Sydney, New South Wales.
Orders are dispatched from Australia.
Order processing times
We aim to process and dispatch standard, in-stock orders within one to two business days.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, promotions, product launches or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Personalised products
Personalised towels require additional processing time.
Please allow up to ten business days before dispatch for personalised towels.
Delivery time begins after your personalised product has been completed and dispatched.
Australian delivery
We offer delivery within Australia.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
Metro areas: 2-7 business days
Regional and remote areas: 5-10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, public holidays, weather events, network delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International delivery
We may offer delivery to selected international destinations.
Available countries, shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where international shipping is available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or local fees applied by the destination country.
International delivery may be delayed by customs processing, carrier networks or local postal services.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a certain order value.

Tracking

Incorrect shipping details

If a parcel is delivered with authority to leave or is marked as delivered by the carrier, please check safe places around the delivery address, including entrances, mail areas, reception, parcel lockers or with household members.
If you believe your parcel is missing, contact us and we will assist with reviewing the tracking information and lodging an enquiry with the carrier where appropriate.
Delays
Delivery delays can occur for reasons outside our control, including:

Split shipments

Delivery issues after dispatch
Once an order is dispatched, delivery is handled by the carrier.
However, BOXD FOR PETS will assist with reasonable shipping enquiries, tracking issues and missing-parcel investigations.
