FAQ's

Boxd For Pets FAQ page includes everything you need to know about our business and how much we LOVE our furry friends!

We dispatch our orders within 5 business days unless you have requested a specific delivery date for a specific occasion eg. Your pet’s birthday in a month’s time.

If you have requested a specific delivery date, we will dispatch your order between 3-5 days prior to that date to ensure it is delivered to you on time.

If you require an urgent order, please contact us via email or social media to discuss whether it can be delivered in a short time frame before ordering. We will always try to accommodate your request to the best of our ability.

We ship all of our orders from our Sydney location, so in most metro areas of major cities, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.   
Outside of these areas, you should receive your order any time from 3 business days after the time of dispatch. Usually no longer than 10 business days.

We can not promise a certain timeframe as it is out of our control. However we can promise excellent communication and constant follow up with the courier company if there is an issue with your delivery.

Please allow a few extra business days for delivery during Australian public holidays and Christmas holidays.

We ship Australia wide and shipping is calculated at checkout depending on your location.

At BOXD FOR PETS we only use organic ingredients for our cookies. Therefore our cookies need to be refrigerated once they are delivered to you.

Ingredients are listed below for each flavour:

Dog Cookies:
SWEET POTATO, CARROT & PEANUT BUTTER: sweet potato, carrot, smooth peanut butter, coconut oil, egg, plain flour & rolled oats.
PUMPKIN & SPINACH: pumpkin, baby spinach, coconut oil, egg, plain flour & rolled oats.

Cat Cookies:
CHICKEN: chicken, egg, plain flour & rolled oats.

The personalised cookies can last up to 4 weeks if they are kept in the fridge after you receive your order.

Please note that they are made out of organic ingredients with no preservatives so if they are not stored correctly they will not last as long.

We have teamed up with small businesses across Australia to fill our unique gift boxes. 

All of our dog treats only use organic ingredients and are Australia made.

We have tried to source mostly Australian suppliers for our toys, accessories and love products however some have been sourced from the best industry brands across the world.

We are always trying to restock our products as quickly as possible but there may be some delays during high volume periods.

If the product you would like is sold out, please contact us via email at info@boxdforpets.com.au and we can assist you further.

If the courier service is operating, so are we! But as couriers do not always work on public holidays, it is best for you to plan your delivery ahead of time - especially during busy periods such as Easter, Christmas and New Years.

Please allow a few extra business days for delivery during Australian public holidays and Christmas holidays.

Please take care when ordering as we do not refund or exchange for a change of mind, unforeseeable delays or circumstances.

Refunds are accepted for faulty merchandise only. 

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check goods upon delivery.

We at BOXD FOR PETS strive for the highest quality of gifts for our customers and their pets. Our products are thoroughly checked and inspected prior to packing. The products are checked and secured thoroughly before dispatch to ensure maximum protection during transit. 

If in the unlikely event that you do receive a product that is faulty, contact us immediately via email at info@boxdforpets.com.au with photo evidence of the product in its original form of packaging and your invoice or order number for proof of purchase. You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product. 

We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please take care to ensure you choose the correct size toy or accessory for your pet.


We have added dimensions and/or recommendations in relation to sizing so please consider this when ordering.

If you have chosen the incorrect size of your bandana or towel, please contact us via email info@boxdforpets.com.au or social media as soon as possible.
Your item can be returned to us via post (at your own cost) or drop off at a local market where we will be.
The item must be in the original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

Please choose carefully and speak with us if you require any assistance in choosing the correct size for your pet.

We do not accept exchanges for towels that have been personalised.

We do not accept exchanges for toys.
