BOXD FOR PETS was founded in Sydney in 2020 by us, Jeremy and Abby, alongside two very important members of our family: Evie and Frankie.

The idea began during the lockdown period.

Like many people, our daily lives had slowed down and changed almost overnight. Work, routines, family time and the freedom to go where we wanted had all been disrupted.

One part of every day remained consistent: walking Evie.

She knew when it was time to go.

The excitement started before we had even reached for her lead. She would follow us through the house, waiting impatiently for the moment the door opened.

Those walks became more than exercise.

They gave us structure, fresh air, connection and something positive to look forward to during an uncertain time.

They also made us think more deeply about the role our pets play in our lives.

They are there during the ordinary days, the difficult days and the biggest moments. They don't ask for much, yet they become part of the family.

BOXD FOR PETS originally began with customised pet gift boxes that helped people celebrate their pets while supporting other Australian small businesses.

As the business grew, we began paying closer attention to the everyday problems pet owners experienced.

Standard towels would fall off while a wet dog ran through the house.

Many leads were too short, became dirty quickly, tangled easily or did not support an active lifestyle.

Those frustrations led us to begin creating our own products.

Our wearable bamboo pet towels were designed to stay securely around the pet while they dry, helping reduce wet fur, moisture and mess throughout the home or car.

Our waterproof multifunctional lead was created for greater freedom during daily walks, training, beach trips and outdoor adventures. Its adjustable design allows it to be worn in eight different ways, including two hands-free options.

Today, BOXD FOR PETS is evolving into a focused Australian pet lifestyle brand built around practical design, thoughtful details and products that make everyday life easier.

We don't want to create products simply because they look good on a shelf.

We want to create products that solve real problems, become part of everyday routines and continue delivering value long after they are purchased.
