How do I choose the correct towel size?

Measure around the widest part of your pet’s chest or stomach. Use this measurement to select the most appropriate size: XS, S, M, L or XL.

Next, measure along your pet’s back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Use this measurement to select the most appropriate towel length.

If your pet falls between two sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger option for greater comfort and coverage.

Can the pet towels be personalised?

Yes.

Selected towels can be embroidered with your pet’s name to create a more personal product or thoughtful gift.

The name is embroidered in black thread using the font displayed on the product page.

Personalisation availability and pricing can be selected before adding the towel to your cart.

How long does personalisation take?

Please allow up to ten business days for your towel to be personalised before it is dispatched.

Delivery time begins after the personalised order has been completed and dispatched.

During busy gifting and holiday periods, personalisation may take slightly longer. Any known delays will be communicated before or shortly after your order is placed.

What is the towel made from?

Our wearable pet towel is made using soft, highly absorbent bamboo fabric designed to help remove moisture after bathing, swimming and wet weather adventures.

How should I wash and care for the towel?

Close the towel fastenings before washing.

Machine wash on a cold or gentle cycle with similar colours.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener, as these may affect the fabric’s absorbency and finish.

Line dry where possible and avoid excessive heat.

Do not iron directly over personalised embroidery.

Always follow the care instructions attached to the product.

How does the lead convert into eight configurations?

The lead has clips at both ends and multiple attachment points positioned along its 245 cm length.

By connecting the clips to different attachment points, the lead can be adjusted for different walking, training and hands-free uses.

The available configurations include standard and extended walking positions, shorter-control options and two hands-free arrangements.

Does the lead suit all dog sizes?

The adjustable design is suitable for many dog breeds and sizes. However, the correct lead always depends on the individual dog’s weight, strength, behaviour, training and tendency to pull.

Owners remain responsible for determining whether the lead and its configuration are appropriate for their dog.

Inspect the lead, clips and attachment points before every use. Stop using the product if any component shows damage or excessive wear.

The lead is not chew proof and should not be left unattended with a pet.

Owners of very strong dogs or dogs that pull heavily should contact us before purchase if they are unsure about suitability.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch standard, in-stock orders within one to two business days.

Orders containing a personalised towel require up to ten additional business days before dispatch.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

How long does delivery take within Australia?

Most Australian orders arrive within approximately two to seven business days after dispatch.

Regional and remote deliveries may take longer.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, extreme weather or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Tracking will be provided where available.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currently don't offer delivery to international destinations.

We are looking to expand this in the near future.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We don't accept change of mind returns.

We accept returns for faulty products.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Personalised products, opened food products, gift cards and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned for change of mind.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or does not match its description.

Do you supply pet stores, groomers and dog daycares?

Yes.
